The man and an eight-year-old girl are in a critical condition after the incident, while three other children suffered injuries which are believed to be life-changing.
Emergency services were called to the Hare and Hounds Inn in Liley Lane, at 14:17 BST on Sunday, where five people in the vehicle were found inured.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Inquiries are ongoing into the incident, but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances."
