A 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire destroyed a building once used as a social club.

Two Hampshire Fire and Rescue crews were called to the former Pirelli Social Club at Passfield Avenue, in Eastleigh, at 1451 BST on Sunday.

The two boys, who are from the local area, are being questioned by police.

Firefighters were at the scene until midnight as they extinguished the fire at the 49 sq m (160 sq ft) building.
