Panaloc, which makes bathroom pods for hotels and flats, is moving from Manchester to the Kingston International Business Park.
Regional development company, Hull Forward, has provided a £258,000 grant to fund the move.
Areas covered by the new roles will include research, design, manufacturing and assembly.
John Holmes, chief executive of Hull Forward, said: "Panaloc's move is good news for the city as it not only brings an innovative new business to the region, but also creates the potential for new skilled and semi-skilled jobs."
