Headlining the event, Gustavo Trujillo defends his BKB Heavyweight title against Mark O'Neil, bringing an impressive 8-0 promotional record with all first-round knockouts. Boxing legend Yuriorkis Gamboa, an Olympic gold medalist and former unified champion, makes his highly anticipated bare-knuckle debut against Yesner Talavera. The card also features Roberto Duran Jr., son of the iconic boxer, battling Ryan Spivey, and Aspen Ladd's BKB debut facing Bianca Daimoni. Fights take place in the distinctive three-sided "Trigon" cage, with the main card airing on Vice TV and Telemundo Deportes Ahora.

Bare Knuckle Boxing's next event takes place on Aug. 29 in Miami. The card is complete with 13 fights. Trujillo defends the BKB heavyweight title in the main event carrying an 8-0 promotional record with every win a first-round knockout. Gamboa is the bigger name on the card. The Cuban won flyweight gold at the 2004 Athens Olympics and later unified the WBA and IBF featherweight titles, and this is his bare-knuckle debut. BKB fights inside the Trigon, a three-sided cage with 60-degree corners rather than a ring.

Duran Jr. is not a newcomer to BKB. He fought for the promotion in 2025 in a battle with Joshua Sikes at BYB 37. Duran won the fight by second-round TKO.
