A new centre offering services for children and their carers has been opened in Suffolk.

Robins Children's Centre, which is based at Bosmere Primary School in Needham Market, will provide health, education and employment services.

The centre was funded with a £500,000 grant from the government's Sure Start programme.

Debbie Frost, the manager of the centre, said: "Staff and parents are delighted with the new building."

The centre will also offer support services for children and parents with special needs.
