The Queen of Burlesque, Dita von Teese, is unleashing her inner mermaid in her latest show!

In case you missed it, Teese wowed in a colorful, moody photoshoot with the caption reading, “We’ve added more of my signature acts to my #LasVegas show… see you tonight, and all weekend here @venetianvegas @voltairelv.” She also added dates and links to the end!

In the photo, we see Teese emerging from a gleaming clamshell, rocking a pearl-encrusted lingerie set that showcases her glowing skin and jaw-dropping confidence as she poses against the ethereal backdrop.

Teese never fails to wow and amaze, and this mermaidcore look is instantly a fan fav!

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Teese talked about how doing stripteases in her 50s has inspired so many; and how she sees that as her superpower. She said, “From the letters I get, even from partners of my fans, it’s the permission to embrace your sensuality, permission to wear red lipstick, permission to dress differently and to feel like a vintage movie star or whoever you want to be. And now permission to perform a striptease at an advanced age in life, rather than just 25, you know?

“I don’t want to put myself out to pasture,” she added. “Because I think it’s important for people to see me go through my different stages of life and how I evolve and change.”
