Dana White's Contender Series Season 10, Week 2, held in Las Vegas, saw six fighters earn UFC contracts, highlighted by Kaik Brito's spectacular third-round knockout of Namo Fazil. Brito's "vicious overhand right" was hailed as one of the greatest KOs in DWCS history, securing his spot on the UFC roster and generating significant buzz. Uniquely, both Roman Gabriel Puga and his opponent, Taner Trembley, who lost by decision, were awarded contracts, a rare occurrence Dana White described as "unicorns." Other contract recipients included Trent Miller, Cristian Perez, and Alik Lorenz, making it a strong episode with multiple impressive finishes.

I've seen a lot of knockouts on Dana White Contender Series, but none quite like the one Kaik Brito scored against Namo Fazil on Tuesday night in Las Vegas at the UFC's Apex. The vicious overhand right culminated an excellent main event on a strong episode of DWCS. Brito was one of six men to earn a contract, but even more, he gained an immeasurable buzz as he stole the show on his way to a spot on the UFC's roster. Let's talk MMA.

Six contracts came out of five fights, and the math works because White signed both featherweights. Roman Gabriel Puga beat Taner Trembley by unanimous decision and Trembley was signed anyway. "Those are f---ing unicorns in this business," White said of fights that produce two signings.

Brito's finish came 12 seconds into the third round. He moves to 20-6. Fazil, who entered on a seven-fight winning streak, falls to 10-2.

MMA Junkie described Brito's punch as a "nuclear knockout." MMA Mania said it was "one of the best right hands since Fedor vs. Brett Rogers." Bloody Elbow labeled it the "greatest KO in DWCS history." I won't fight any of them on their claims.

Obviously, the first question is where does Brito go from here? It will depend on the matchmaking. He has a look and a crowd-pleasing style. Fazil was a strong opponent who likely deserves to be in the UFC as well, but that's not realistic after suffering a KO loss of that magnitude.

Here is a look at everyone who earned a contract.
