A millionaire fashion mogul has gone to war with his neighbors over the noise coming from their popular beachfront dog hotel.

Kamran Razavi, the mastermind behind the luxury goods website REKLAIM, claimed in an explosive lawsuit that life at his $16 million mansion has been ruined by The Malibu Dog Hotel.

He argued the site was causing “irreparable harm” to the neighborhood, which also includes the singer Cher among its residents.

The entrepreneur, who lost his previous home in the Palisades Fire and relocated to Malibu last year, wants $500,000, according to the suit.

Razavi lives just above and over a street from the hotel and claims: “The loud and annoying noise interferes with his and his guests comfortable use of the property and violates Malibu’s noise ordinance.”

The suit continues: “In the operation of its business, defendant permits the dogs… to remain in or around the exterior of the facility to bark loudly and incessantly, creating sustained and excessive noise that is audible to Plaintiff in and around Plaintiff’s residence such that it creates a nuisance affecting Plaintiff, his guests and other neighbors who live in the immediate periphery.”

It adds: “As a consequence of Defendant’s behavior and chronic manner of allowing the dogs they are caring for to bark in this manner, Plaintiff is interfered in his ability to use and enjoy Plaintiff’s property.”

The Malibu Dog Hotel dates back to 1948 when it opened as The Sandpiper Kennels and sits on about one and a half acres, with dog runs and fields that overlook the Pacific Ocean.

After changing ownership in the 1960s, the property became known as the Sandpiper Pet Hotel, where pets could stay overnight.

The Sandpiper changed ownership again in 2015, when it rebranded as The Malibu Dog Hotel.

The compound charges $65 a night per dog, with the animals able to stay as many nights as they want, according to its website.

Its social media pages and website show dozens of dogs under its care, ranging from small chihuahua-type breeds to larger ones such as German Shepherds and Huskies.

Testimonials on its website are hugely positive, with one from a woman named Julie saying: “My dog bed just arrived. Actually very impressed with the quality especially since its all recycled. Lola loves it!”

Another, Mike, added: “My two German Shepherds love staying at the hotel. I love that all the workers are so familiar and friendly with my dogs.”

The lawsuit claims Razavi has made multiple attempts to address the issue with the hotel “so that the nuisance could be mitigated or eliminated,” but the papers say the hotel has not fixed it.

Those familiar with the neighborhood told The Post the hotel is causing a problem. One local said: “The dogs bark non-stop all day. The place is outdated. Nothing’s been touched since the 60’s.”

Razavi started his first business at the age of 14 in his hometown of Tiffin, Ohio. His company REKLAIM sells authenticated used high end luxury goods such as Birkin handbags and Rolex watches.

The Post approached Malibu Dog Hotel for comment but did not hear back.
