Some internet sleuths found a peculiar photo from Imgur, which shows all of the makeup used in Sex & The City 2. And when you take a close look, you can see the Juicy Tubes is in the show, and it seems to be the peachy pink shade Spring Fling. It’s unclear who it was used on, but we now know it was on the makeup table!
Fun fact: Mischa Barton wore not one, but two Juicy Tubes while on The OC. Specifically, she wore these glosses during the Ferris wheel kiss between her character, Marissa, and Ryan. Per Instagram, she used Spring Fling, the peachy pink shade, and Marshmallow Electro, a light pink with rose gold shimmer.
And another iconic kiss scene in the 2000s used Marshmallow Electro, the light pink with rose gold shimmer lip gloss: the kiss between Blair and Chuck. But it wasn’t used on Leighton Meester, it was used on Ed Westwick.
Hilary Duff previously revealed she’s a longtime fan of Lancôme’s Juicy Tubes in the shade Hallucinations on Instagram, calling the golden nude shimmer lip gloss a “luxurious” staple and praising its staying power: “It’s thick so it lasts longer between reapplying. Some people may not like the thickness, but it’s perfect for me!” She used it for A Cinderella Story, but mainly used it on Lizzie McGuire.
Rachel Bilson confirmed via Instagram that she always used this lip gloss on the set of The O.C. Specifically, she used shade Tickled Pink, which is a darker dusty rose gloss.
Paris Hilton was also in the Lancome campaign, revealing that during her Simple Life era, she used the Magic Spell lip gloss. Magic Spell is a magenta lip gloss with silver sparkle, and it gives the perfect rosy look!
