The transaction was completed on July 25, according to a report by the Palm Beach Post.The former couple purchased the property for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after relocating from New York to Florida following the 2020 US presidential election.Guilfoyle, 57, now serves as the US ambassador to Greece and is listed with a Delray Beach address in the property filing, which also carries a stamp from the US embassy in Athens.The buyout comes months after Trump Jr married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.

US media reports stated that the couple is planning to move to a new home in West Palm Beach. The two-storey home spans about 11,270 square feet and features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an elevator and a fireplace, the New York Post reported.Built in 1995, the mansion underwent extensive renovations before Trump Jr and Guilfoyle moved in.

More recently, it received a contemporary makeover with white interiors, neutral wood and tile flooring, and expansive waterfront views.
