It costs $12,000-per-square foot and is said to be “the most expensive condo ever sold in L.A”.Why Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills condo purchase is unusualIf the reported purchase goes through, it would not only become the most expensive condo ever sold in Los Angeles, but also one of the costliest residential property deals in the city's history.
