Man, 41, in court over Bracknell teenage girl attacks

A 41-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with three attacks on girls in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Two girls, aged 14 and 15, were attacked separately on 6 May, and a 16-year-old was attacked in November.

Terry Bryant, of no fixed abode, was before Slough magistrates charged with offences including a serious sexual assault and detaining a child.

A man, 28, from Bracknell, was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of conspiracy to commit abduction and sexual assault.

He was arrested in the Midlands and is in police custody.

Mr Bryant was remanded in custody and is due before Reading Crown Court on 14 June.

He is charged with a serious sexual assault, three counts of detaining a child, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of assaulting a female, one count of possessing indecent photographs of children and one count of robbery.

A 22-year-old woman, arrested in London on Thursday night on suspicion of conspiracy in connection with the investigation, has been released on police bail until July.
