A 41-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences in connection with a series of sex attacks on teenage girls in Berkshire.

Two incidents in Bracknell took place in May, while a third took place in November.

Terry Bryant, of Waverly Road, Tottenham, north London, was arrested at an address in Warfield, Bracknell.

He is due to appear before Slough Magistrates' Court later.

A 22-year-old woman, arrested in London on Thursday night on suspicion of conspiracy in connection with the investigation, has been released on police bail until July.

Supt Rob Mason, senior investigating officer, said: "For operational reasons, I have made the decision to not give specific details of the charges."

A 15-year-old girl was the subject of one incident in Wildridings on 6 May, while a 14-year-old girl was involved in another incident in the Hanworth area. The November incident involved a 16-year-old girl in the Warfield area.

Last Thursday, about 150 Bracknell residents attended a meeting organised by police to update them on the investigation.
