Man critical after attack in Aylesbury street

A man is in a critical condition in hospital after being attacked at a bus stop in Buckinghamshire.

The 20-year-old man was in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, early on Saturday morning when the attack happened.

Two teenagers, aged 17 and 18, were later arrested in connection with the incident.

Police appealed for witnesses to contact them, in particular the driver of a taxi which was seen in a lay-by near the bus stop at the time.
