Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been issued a warning ahead of their UK return this month. On Wednesday, it was reported that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are moving back to Britain six years after moving away to America.

The couple and their children Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, reportedly have found a private residence to call home. It is a non-royal residence. It has also been reported that the children have been enrolled at British schools, which they will attend from September.

News of the move sent shockwaves around the world, with the family expected to return to Britain at the end of August for an extended period.

While many people are happy with their return, with King Charles reportedly pleased that he will be able to see the family more, one royal insider has issued a warning to the couple.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold, who got to know Harry when working for his father Charles between 2004 and 2011, has issued the four-word warning that “people are genuinely furious” about the news.

Speaking to CasinoHawks, Harrold said: “I’ve always assumed he would come back, but the timing has shocked me and how quickly it’s happened. There’s been no warning or build up.”

He continued: “It’s nice that he wants to come back, and I understand he wants to be closer to his father. I’m happy that he wants to rebuild that relationship. I think Harry wants to focus on family. I think he wants to be near his father and his mother’s family, the Spencers.

“But at the same time I’m worried about it. Public opinion has changed too much against him. I think a lot of people are genuinely furious by their decision to come back.

“That’s going to be difficult for both Meghan and Harry to deal with. I think he sees all the good and the happiness, but I don’t think he grasps the extent of the upset he's caused.

“Part of their decision must have been that things haven’t gone as they planned in the US. The contracts are coming to the end and it doesn’t sound like they’ve had the best time professionally.”
