Mold man, 45, in court accused of rape

A 45-year-old man has been remanded in custody charged with five offences following an incident in Mold.

John Lloyd Bevan of Mold is accused of rape, robbery, unlawful imprisonment, attempted grievous bodily harm and kidnapping.

There was no bail application and the case was adjourned at Mold Crown Court.

Bevan will next appear in court on 2 July for a plea and case management hearing.
