A 32-year-old motorcyclist has died after the bike she was riding left a Lincolnshire road.

The accident happened on the B1225, Horncastle Road, in Caistor at about 1850 BST on Monday.

She was riding a Honda 400cc along with a group of bikers from the Scunthorpe area when she came off the road. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed for about five hours while police investigated.

Any witnesses have been asked to contact Lincolnshire Police.
