Prince William
Prince William is known for one non-negotiable rule he follows during public engagements. The 44-year-old attended around 130 engagements a year, with the days often jam-packed with visits to many different people.
Likely inspired by his father, who is known to not have lunch, William reportedly also doesn't eat during engagements. Speaking of the rule, an insider told HELLO! that he will enjoy a sweet treat or local delicacy every now and then, but William will never eat a whole plate during his visits.

It was previously revealed by Clarence House, on his 70th birthday, that the King doesn't enjoy lunch and skips the meal altogether.
They said, "The (then) Prince does not eat lunch". It's unclear exactly why Charles skips the midday meal, but it likely has something to do with his busy schedule."
Discussing the monarch's eating habits, Julian Payne told the Mirror: "The King doesn't eat lunch; so, an early lesson I learned when out on the road with him was to have a big breakfast or bring a few snack bars with you to keep you going.
"The working day is pretty relentless. Beginning with the radio news headlines and a breakfast of seasonal fruit salad and seeds with tea."
The Mail on Sunday previously revealed, however, that the King had been advised by doctors to enjoy "half an avocado" at lunch.
William previously revealed what he typically enjoys for breakfast. In 2022, he said that he enjoys a "healthy breakfast" consisting of two eggs, wholemeal toast with butter, apple juice and a cup of tea.
He also admitted that he sometimes enjoys a full English fry-up.
Also, in a recent update on his diet, William said he often relies on others to get his lunch, which typically consists of a sandwich and water.
