Prudential Insurance Lawsuit

The Prudential Life Insurance Company is battling a major class action lawsuit. The insurance provider is being charged with selling new, more expensive coverage plans to its costumers — many of them elderly and of modest means — and draining the assets of existing policies to pay the new premiums.
