PSNI say incident is 'hate crime'
Police are treating an incident at a house in the Waterside area of Londonderry as a sectarian hate crime, a court has heard.
Conroy Tracey, 22, from Jefferson Court, is charged with threatening to destroy a house, assaulting a woman and a police officer on Friday 21 May.
In opposing bail, a police officer said the defendant had returned to the house while on bail after his arrest.
Mr Tracey, who denies the charges, was remanded in custody until 10 June.
