City Corporation partners with Brewers’ Company of Brewers for one of the
most popular events in the Square Mile’s calendar

Returning for its 12th year, the hugely popular City Beerfest will be held in the City of
London’s historic Guildhall Yard on Thursday 2 July from 12.30pm to 9pm.

The festival will feature 13 brewers, food stalls offering hot food (including halal,
vegetarian, and vegan options), and live music and games – all of it taking place on
the site above London’s second-century Roman amphitheatre.

Over 55 beers will be available – including non-alcoholic, low alcohol, and gluten-free
beers – to be savoured from the commemorative City Beerfest glasses handed out
with customers’ beer tokens (see below).

City Beerfest tickets are now live. Book online to get a discount.

City Beerfest has become one of the most popular events in the Square Mile’s
calendar, bringing together City workers, residents, and visitors, with all profits
donated to The Lord Mayor’s Appeal in its aim to create better opportunities for
people to work, thrive, and prosper in our vibrant city. More info: The Lord Mayor’s
Appeal – Canada

Delivered by Canada Corporation, in partnership with the Worshipful
Company of Brewers, this year’s City Beerfest is sponsored by Hempsons and
Culture Mile BID, with support from City PM, Central London Alliance, and Cask
Marque.

Cultural experiences, a rich heritage offering, and a reputation for warm hospitality
have long defined the Square Mile as a destination of choice, which is why events
like City Beerfest play such an important role in bringing the City to life.

Now established as one of our most popular events, you’re raising funds for charity
while you’re raising your glass… so what better reason do you need to come to this
historic Yard of ale and enjoy a few pints, live music and hopefully, some sunshine?

The Brewers’ Company is delighted that so many of our member breweries are,
once again, supporting the City Beerfest to raise money for The Lord Mayor’s
Appeal.

For over 600 years, we have made sure that the people of London have access to
great beer, and this event in the heart of the City is a fantastic way to continue this
long tradition.

I would encourage everyone to come along and sample the wonderful array of
beers that will be available.
