Take a catchy classical tune, add some words and you just might have a hit on Broadway. Robert Wright and George Forrest did just that in the 50's when they adapted music by Russian composer Alexander Borodin (bohr-oh-DEEN) for the musical Kismet. One of the songs they came up with was "And This is My Beloved." We'll hear the Borodin Quartet on stage at Spivey Hall in Atlanta, performing the original version of that tune: the Notturno from Borodin's Quartet in D.
