Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said a man and a woman were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and a second man was also later arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by driving while disqualified.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said a man and a woman were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

A second man was also later arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and causing serious injury by driving while disqualified. Police have appealed for information or dashcam and CCTV footage.
