The men, aged 21, 22, and 33, were held after raids in St Saviour Road, Alum Rock and Bordesley Green Road, all in Birmingham, and Crabbe Street in Lye.
They were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
The raids were part of Operation Eliminate, an initiative that aims to crack down on drug dealers in Birmingham, West Midlands Police said.
