The 2026-27 Premier League season begins this week, and the transfer window has just 15 days remaining. The Gunners are eyeing Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa while Liverpool chase a big-money double deal for PSG duo Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye. Spurs want to complete multiple new signings, including the arrivals of Cody Gakpo and Savinho from rivals Liverpool and Man City. Fresh from losing the Community Shield, City are set to let Rodri join Barcelona and need to source a replacement, with Ayyoub Bouaddi and Enzo Fernandez both potential additions.

Transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio claims Ibrahim Mbaye is unlikely to join Liverpool this month.
Di Marzio told Wettfreunde.net: "Barcola is the top target for Liverpool and they're trying everything to get this deal done.
"I think at this moment, Liverpool is still leading the race. They want the player and they have his green light.
"They only have to get the right fee with PSG. It is very difficult to find a deal with PSG. But they are pushing to get this deal done.
"So I think Liverpool are leading, and Tottenham and Arsenal are behind.
"Mbaye to Liverpool is not in the same stage as Barcola because I don't think they can get both of them.
"So I think Mbaye is not the priority, at the moment, for Liverpool. They are on the player but the priority is to get Barcola."

For Everton, meanwhile, he scored 53 times in 152 appearances.

Barca rejected the chance to make his loan move to the Nou Camp permanent for a fee of £26million.
They wanted another loan deal, which the Red Devils refused.
But Barca are still considering a bold late swoop for the England international, who would be open to rejoining the Spanish champions.
Manchester City are not ruling out a bid for Enzo Fernandez after the departure of Rodri, says Ben Jacobs.
City are closing in on Ayyoub Bouaddi and could even launch a bold move for Fernandez.
The Argentina midfielder would cost at least £120million.

Liverpool are in talks with Getafe over midfielder Stefan Bajcetic.
The 21-year-old did not play a single minute for the Reds in pre-season and could now be heading to Spain.

The Senegal teenager has the green light to leave PSG and talks have taken place.
But the Reds have yet to bid because of his valuation.
The attacker, 18, has only played 33 games at senior club level and PSG want upwards of £40million for him.
However, Liverpool have spoken to his agent Jorge Mendes and Mbaye likes the idea of joining them.
Juventus are talking to Tottenham about a move for Guglielmo Vicario, after a bid to sign Emi Martinez collapsed.
The Italian giants pulled the plug on a move for the Aston Villa goalkeeper due to a difference in valuations.
Juve are now in direct negotiations with Tottenham over a loan for Vicario with a buy clause.
Spurs are thought to prefer a permanent sale for the 29-year-old, who is now the No.2 to Antonin Kinsky under Roberto De Zerbi.

Liverpool still want to sign both Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye from PSG.
The pair were bystanders last night and watched from the stands as PSG lost the Trophee des Champions 1-0 to Lens.
Post-match, Luis Enrique refused to offer any clarity on their futures.
According to reports from Football Fancast, Manchester United have enquired about the availability of Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen.
The Arsenal-linked Nigerian centre-forward is one of the world's deadliest goalscorers.
Osimhen has scored 61 goals in 75 games for the Turkish giants.
And United have reportedly asked what it would take to sign him, though the player's wage demands could be problematic.
While Osimhen is said to be receptive to a move, Gala have absolutely no plans to sell.
