The 24-year-old woman was attacked early on Friday by two men in an alleyway off Tavern Street in Ipswich.
A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old male, both from the town, were arrested on Friday night and questioned by detectives.
They have been released on bail until 4 August pending further inquiries, a police spokeswoman said.
