BALASORE: A gang of thieves uprooted an ATM in Odisha's Balasore district, tied it to a Mahindra Thar with a rope and dragged it away before fleeing with the cash inside, police said.The incident occurred around 2 am on Saturday under the jurisdiction of Khaira police station and was captured on CCTV.According to preliminary information, more than five people arrived at the ATM kiosk in a black Thar, broke into the kiosk, uprooted the machine and dragged it to a secluded location using their vehicle.The accused allegedly broke open the ATM and fled with the cash.
