Detectives investigating sexual assaults on teenage girls in Bracknell have arrested a woman in London.

Thames Valley Police said the 22-year-old was arrested in Tottenham on Wednesday evening on suspicion of conspiracy relating to the incidents.

The woman and a 40-year-old man arrested in Warfield on Wednesday morning both remain in custody.

Officers continue to search a mobile building where the man was arrested at about 1000 BST.

A number of items have been seized, including a laptop and mobile phone, which continue to be forensically examined.

Officers said the man's arrest followed a call from a member of the public on Tuesday evening.

The arrest is part of an investigation into three assaults, two on 6 May and one in November.

Det Supt Rob Mason said: "This investigation is very fast-moving and we are currently pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.

"The victims of the incidents and their families are being kept updated about the progress of this investigation by our specially trained family liaison officers."
