Young fan makes a bold move by asking Maxx Crosby to join the 49ers

A young San Francisco 49ers fan didn’t waste her shot when she met Raiders All-Pro defensive end Maxx Crosby.
When the fan approached Crosby, she asked him if he could get traded to the 49ers, leaving Crosby speechless.
“Bruh I literally made a post about you, like a couple of weeks ago,” the young fan said to Crosby at the meet and greet. “I gotta ask for the faithful, will you please join the 49ers?”
Crosby appeared to have looked caught off guard by the question, as he probably did not expect a young fan to ask him about getting traded.
When he responded to the question, Crosby paused and told her, “I can’t. I can’t,” While shaking his head, laughing. He went on to tell the fan that he still appreciates her for doing her homework and said, “You never know. You’re the best though.”
Crosby went on to give the young fan a high-five for her efforts in recruiting him to the 49ers.
This offseason, Crosby has been caught in the crossfire of trade rumors.
In March, Crosby was reportedly being traded to the Ravens, but Baltimore ended up pulling out of the deal after they claimed he “failed his physical”, forcing Crosby to return to the Raiders.
Since then, Crosby and the Raiders have been focused on mending the relationship between him and the Raiders, and have been focused on putting the trade behind him.

Even with Crosby hoping to put the trade rumors behind him, the rumors of him getting moved before the 2026 NFL Season have continued to follow.
The 49ers have been one of the most aggressive pursuers to land Crosby this offseason, as they are looking to add another star edge rusher to pair up with Nick Bosa.
In a division that features the reigning Super Bowl champions in the Seattle Seahawks and the favorites to win next year’s Super Bowl in the Los Angeles Rams, the 49ers need all the help they can get.
If they can somehow pull off a blockbuster trade that sends Crosby from Vegas to San Francisco, the 49ers would have a case to be considered Super Bowl contenders.
